Their story began in the coffee fields of Jinotega, and today, Blondie is a hybrid café and roastery. KB Coffee Roasters
A pioneer of Paris’s specialty coffee scene, KB Coffee Roasters started in 2010 after its founder was inspired by Australia’s café culture. Set between Pigalle and Montmartre, KB is known for its high-quality beans, large terrace, and community vibe. Simple Coffee
Tucked into the heart of Montmartre, Simple Coffee is a cozy haven for coffee lovers and one of my favorite places to escape the bustle. The industrial-chic interior, with its unique stainless-steel alcoves, is as memorable as the expertly brewed iced coffee.
